2026 Eastern Primitive Rendezvous (EPR)

The 2026 Eastern Primitive Rendezvous will be held September 25 - October 2 at the Czadzeck’s farm: 2787 Lakes Corner Rose Valley Road, Clyde, NY 14433. This site will include seasoned wood cut this year as well as a provided dumpster. It also comes with one of the hardest working families the Eastern has seen for decades - the Czadzeck’s!

The “Rendezvous”: A grand social event for all, “rendezvous” was the only time during the year when old friends could meet and learn of events “back in the settlements”, swap tales of their high adventures, and competitively test their frontier skills.  As you stroll around the grounds, you will see glimpses of life as it was lived in the mountains during those glorious times and may even hear bagpipes and other music. At any given rendezvous you will see individuals dressed from formal colonial wear to full Native American regalia. Attending a Rendezvous is a very pleasant way to spend one's vacation since modern intrusions are not to be seen or heard!

Early setup: Wednesday & Thursday, September 23th & 24th, 2026.

Opening Ceremony: Friday, September 25th, at 6:00 pm.

 

Public Visitor Days: Saturday & Sunday, September 26th & 27th, 2026.

 

Public Visitor and School Day: Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

 

Visitor Hours: 10am 4pm.
